The Mother Pack
A Group Coaching Program for Moms, Lead by a Ph.D. in Philosophy
Motherhood is so often lonely, isolating, and alienating.
So many of us feel confused, overwhelmed, and like we don’t know who we are anymore.
“Mommy blogs” aren’t cutting it. We want to talk about the real stuff: patriarchy, identity, meaning.
We're missing our tribe.
We are your Pack. We got your Back.
Mother elephants will get into a big circle to protect the babies in the middle. A Vietnam vet I knew once saw this happen. His eyes reddened and he said,
"The thing I wanted more than anything in the world was to be in the center of that circle."
I knew exactly what he meant.
I'd been a mother for less than a year, and I felt utterly alone. I didn't feel like a mother. I felt like a small, scared, lost baby elephant that wanted to be surrounded and held—but I didn't have a pack.
I got through it the hard way, (like, the really hard way), but you don’t have to.
This Group Coaching Program is for YOU if…
You can’t seem to find mothers who want to talk the big ideas of motherhood: death, meaning, patriarchy, etc.
You feel lost, lonely, and overwhelmed as a mom—like there’s no safe place where you belong.
You don’t feel confident as a mother. Maybe you don’t even really feel like a mother at all.
You don’t feel like you can be really honest about motherhood and all the complex feelings you’re having.
Your kids are any age, or maybe not even here yet.
This group will…
Meet remotely for 6 months, so you can build a lasting, close community from anywhere.
Attract moms who are self-reflective, thoughtful, and who think critically about motherhood and the world.
See and celebrate you as the full, complex, colorful human being that you are in all your diversity.
Help you realize that you’re not alone and you’re not doing it wrong.
feel the joy, relief, and strength of being surrounded by a group of women as you grow into the mother you truly want to be.
We are your Pack. We got your back.
Next cohort begins Feb. 3, 2025
